Our Philosophy

We'd rather give you your money back than have you feel you wasted it.

WhichMethod costs $7. It's a one-time purchase for digital content that's delivered instantly. We believe in what we've built, and we want you to find it valuable. If you don't, we'll make it right.


Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  1. You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your purchased content
  2. The product didn't work as described or wasn't what you expected
  3. You're simply not satisfied — no detailed explanation required

What You Receive When You Purchase

For clarity, here's what your $7 purchase includes:

  • Access to the full 18-question advanced assessment
  • Matching to all 13 goal-setting frameworks (beyond the 6 free frameworks)
  • Personalized AI instruction prompts for your matched framework(s)
  • Downloadable/exportable instruction prompts for use with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI assistants

All content is delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment.


How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • The email address you used for your purchase
  • A brief description of the issue (optional, but helpful)

We'll respond within 1-2 business days with confirmation of your refund.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer)
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated

After a Refund

If you receive a refund:

  • Your access to paid content may be revoked (though we don't actively enforce this for a $7 product)
  • You're welcome to continue using the free tier
  • You're welcome to repurchase in the future if you'd like to try again

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be:

  • Fraudulent or abusive
  • Repeated requests from the same individual
  • Made significantly after the 7-day window

In practice, we handle edge cases with common sense and good faith.
